Where do your bones and specimens come from?
Every piece I create begins with careful, ethical sourcing. Nothing is taken from animals harmed for the purpose of art. Many materials are naturally found, responsibly sourced, or reclaimed—always with respect for the life they once belonged to.

How can I be sure your work is ethical?
I believe you should never have to choose between beauty and your values. I’m always open about where materials come from, and I only work with sources that align with a deep respect for nature. If you ever feel unsure, you’re welcome to ask—I’ll always answer honestly.

Is it okay to have animal remains in my home or on my altar?
That’s a personal and meaningful question. Many people, myself included, see these pieces as a way of honouring the natural cycle of life and death. When sourced ethically, they can feel grounding, peaceful, and deeply connected to nature.

Are your pieces handmade?
Yes—every piece is created by me, by hand. From arranging skulls beneath glass to painting and assembling smaller works, each one is made slowly and with care.

Why are your prices set the way they are?
I try to keep my work as accessible as I can, while still honouring the time, care, and sourcing behind each piece. Ethical materials and slow craftsmanship take time, but I never want my work to feel out of reach.

Do you take commissions?
Yes, I do. If you have something specific in mind for your space or altar, you’re welcome to reach out. I’ll always let you know what’s possible and create something that feels right for you.

How should I care for my piece?
Keep your piece somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight where possible. These are natural materials, so a gentle, respectful approach to care will help them last beautifully over time.

Do you ship safely?
I take great care in packaging so your piece arrives safely. Everything is wrapped thoughtfully to protect both delicate materials and the overall arrangement.
